At the end of the day, the Engineers have a solution, but it turns out not to work. The Support people don't have a solution, but they have written a 24-page report on why the task is impossible. In the Users room, there is egg everywhere. All over the walls, over the floor, even on the ceiling. "What did you do?" they are asked. "Nothing", they say, "it was like this before we started".
