Example: add line to inetd.conf:
- ftp stream tcp nowait root \
/usr/sbin/in.ftpd in.ftpd
- need to encode this info twice if we need to select between inetd and xinetd
- tool has no idea what this line really means, so can't say "use TCP wrappers for all inetd services"
